After the CIS and the European Minor, Katowice is ready to host, from January 22-26, the final Minors leading to the Major. Each event will see eight teams duking it out for two spots at the IEM Katowice Major and their share of a $50,000 prize pool. Contrary to previous editions, third-placed teams will also have a chance to compete at the Major as they will advance to the play-in tournament, where Winstrike and North await for their opponents. Katowice will host a Major for the third time Both Minors will kick off with a GSL group stage, where only the openers are set to be played as best-of-one matches. The top two teams from both groups will then secure a spot in the double-elimination, best-of-three playoffs. The Asia Minor is scheduled to start at 10:00 on Tuesday, with its group draw looking as follows: Group A
